How does it work?
Please take a look at our User Guide, as well as some helpful links to get you started with building campaigns in MailChimp.
If you have any questions, please feel free to submit a request under “Contact Support” in the menu. If the support request is related to an issue syncing transactions, you can select to attach the log for the batch in question by selecting the “Send Batch Log?” checkbox and selecting the BatchID.
Provide a Subject and Message, and click Submit to send the Support Request. Then, someone from our support team will reach out to you.
